Organized in May 1944 to buy Greco Canning Company, according to Jan 2, 1945 San Jose Evening News. President of Greco at the time was G.W. Ellis, who said operations would continue. Organizers of the new company was John A. Oberg, Oakland, Frank Russell, Berkeley, Terence Coonan, San Francisco. In 1940, Oberg lived at 2930 Partridge Ave, Oakland.
