Clark Canning was a Mountain View canner who packed pears, apricots, apples, and peaches[1]. The cannery was founded by C.H. Clark in 1921 using the former Concentrated Paste Company plant[2][3]. The cannery was on Stierlin Road. The company was in existence as late as 1929[4].
C. H. Clark was born in New York, but raised in Napa. He started in the canning business at Libby, McNeil, and Libby in Sunnyvale, then was superintendent of the McCarthy Cannery for four years[5].
