Details
Cannery was in Morgan Hill, moved to Gilroy around 1909, moved to South 10th Street in San Jose in 1910. Acquired by Mayfair in 1948. Clara Cribari started running the cannery in 1919. (Three of her sons started running fruit stands in Pacheco Pass and started Casa de Fruta Also sold wines in 1936. "In 1913 the Bisceglia Brothers moved their cannery to Monterey Road in San Jose, California. In 1919 the Bisceglia Brothers Canning Company was the largest cannery in the world and employed 1,000 workers." from History San Jose blurb with fruit labels.
