| John Francis Pyle |
John Francis Pyle was a Santa Clara county orchardist and canner. He was the principal behind the J.F. Pyle Cannery.
Pyle's diaries were saved, and are kept in the Bancroft Library at U.C. Berkeley[1]. Pyle also was willing to hire Japanese workers earlier than other farmers[2].
