F. E. Booth was a cannery in Centerville, California, primarily canning juices. The cannery was started in 1917[1]. The company also had a plant at Pittsburg, California[2] The company lasted into the 1930's as a tomato canner[3].
Initially built in 1917 according to November 1921 Canning Age Probably around in the 1930's, according to Fremont history story They were processing tomatoes.
Two miles northeast of Newark on Western Pacific Railroad Cannery burned in November 1959 according to USGS. Comments on that Geocaching site suggest that the Pittsburg plant canned salmon.
