Canner formed from smaller canners. United States Products is the only predecessor I'm sure about.
Glorietta was purchased by California Canners and Growers in 1981, which quickly became part of Tri-Valley Growers[1]. Glorietta's plants were closed by 1982.
Purchased National Can facilities at some point.
