Son of Henry Booksin, California pioneer and early orchardist. Henry Jr. turns up as a principal for the Fruit Pest Exterminating Company in 1892, and the owner of the San Tomas Drying Company in the early 1900's. By 1911, he is listed in the [San Jose City Directory] as a fruit broker with office 518 and 519 of the Bank of San Jose building.
