Clorietta Foods was an agricultural co-operative that owned several smaller canners. The company was founded in 1977 from National Can's NCC Foods division[1]. Among other canneries, the co-operative ran San Jose's United States Products cannery.
Glorietta was purchased by California Canners and Growers in 1981, which quickly became part of Tri-Valley Growers[2]. Glorietta's plants were closed by 1982.
