Lua error: Internal error: The interpreter exited with status 126. The Edenvale Fruit Company was a dried fruit packer located south of San Jose in the hamlet of Edenvale. The company was incorporated in 1903 by Mrs. M. H. Cheynoweth, E.A and J.O. Hayes, W.P. and E.C. Lyon, and M.B. and C.L.Hayes[1]. William P. Lyon, founder in 1903 with Hayes Brothers, president in 1911. Also business manager for Mercury Publishing, so looks like a Hayes-controlled company. Operated fruit ranches as well as packing house [2]. in 1904. Lyon sold his orchards to Norman Church Just after World War I, sold to Sanitary Fruit Company according to November 14, 1931 obituary in San Jose Mercury Herald.

The company was probably sold to Richmond Chase in 1918.
