A. Lusk & Company was an early wholesale grocer handling California founded in 1860. They began selling California-produced canned goods in 1867, and built their own cannery in San Francisco[1]. The company was run by William Jacobs and Albert Lusk. Jacobs's son, Isidor, later took over the company.
