Amedee Delpach (also spelled Depech)
Born 1852
Occupation wine maker

Amedee Delpach was a Los Gatos wine and spirit maker. Delpach was born in France in 1850; he immigrated to the United States in 1876[1], and lived in the Alma area[2]. Delpach built a winery at the corner of Santa Cruz Ave. and Saratoga Ave. in 1900[3]; the building was later extended by Hunt Brothers Packing Company as a cannery to replace the former Los Gatos Canneries plant in downtown Los Gatos.

Delpach owned land in the Santa Cruz Mountains where he operated a winery and brandy distillery[4][5]. Delpach produced Sauvignon Vert, White Pilot, mission brandy, and peach brandy as early as 1887[6].

Amedee died in 1903[7].
