The Bottled Pure Juice Company was a cannery operated by Anthony Greco on Union Ave. in Campbell. Greco founded the cannery in 1932; in its first season, it bottled tomatoes and tomato juice, canned artichokes, and artichoke pulp. The artichoke pulp was packaged in gallon cans and sold to manufacturers and hotel. "Domenico Conti, an artichoke grower of Castroville, has cooperated with Mr. Greco in the production of this new vegetable food."[1].
