The few documents found in a Google search are all from New York, making me wonder if this was actually a New Jersey company re-packing fruit once it reached the East Coast. Seen in 1905 and 1907 New Jersey legislature documents taxing companies on the value of their stock.

"1905 Thomas Register" shows them at 46 River St., Chicago, with a C rating. J.K. Armsby was at 46 River St.

New Jersey charter voided in 1907 for non-payment of taxes.
