The Eatmore Ice Cream Company was a Los Gatos-based ice cream manufacturer. The company was founded by Hans Nielsen in 1922, working out of a creamery and factory at 104 North Santa Cruz Ave. The company was successful, producing 1100 gallons of ice cream a day. The company eventually expanded to have plants in Watsonville, Santa Cruz, San Jose, and Palo Alto[1].

Beatrice Foods bought the Los Gatos factory in 1944, and turned distribution
