San Martin Vineyards was a Santa Clara county wine producer run by the Filice family. The Filice company bought the San Martin Vineyards in 1932[1]. The company was in existence through most of the 20th century, finally disappearing after damage from a 1984 earthquake disrupted their winery[2].
The company had a warehouse in the former Virden Packing and Sainte Claire Brewery at the corner of Auzerais St. and Lincoln Ave. That building appeared in a 1950's lawsuit when a freight door fell on an employee of a tenant of the building[3]
