Willow Glen Fruit Growers Union

The Willow Glen Fruit Union was a grower's cooperative in the Willow Glen section of San Jose. The organization was founded in 1893 as the "Willow Glen Fruit Grower's Union"[1]. The Union was also one of the key members of the Santa Clara County Fruit Exchange. The organization served as a fruit collection site for the California Cured Fruit Assocation in 1900.

The president of the Union in 1898 was Jefferson Hall[2]; George D. Gilman was the manager in 1900. Gilman became chief inspector for the California Cured Fruit Association in 1900 according to the July 26, 1900 Los Angeles Herald.
