Supposedly occupied the Griffin and Skelley buildings along the narrow gauge until 1907. Moved to San Martin in 1909 acc to article in June 1, 1909 issue of Pacific Wine and Spirit Review.

On 1891 Sanborn map.. In 1890, 1901 city directories. Not in 1903. 1891 map lists as "C.Carpy Winery".
