The company's directors were W.C. Blackwood (farmer, Hayward), William Cozzens of San Jose, Sydney M. Smith, the president of the Cutting Packing Company, A.D. Cutler (Cutting Packing Company), M.T. Brewer of the late M.T. Brewer and Company, Robert Howe (formerly of Howe and Company, Charles E. Jennings of San Francisco, and N. K. Masten of San Francisco.
