Figprune Cereal Co

Beech-Nut Packing Company was a baby food manufacturer based in Canajoharie, New York. The company had a plant along South Fourth Street starting in the 1920's, but opened a much larger San Jose plant just after World War II.

In 1920, Charles R. Parkinson was the president, and William C. Cox, secretary. The San Jose plant packed jams, jellies, preserved, and "Beech-Nut Jaffee (formerly Figprune Cereal)".
