Pacific Fruit Exchange was a San Francisco-based fruit packer. In 1936, president was George H. Casey, Santa Clara University alumni, who funded a promotional train carrying 200,000 pounds of prunes for distribution along the route. The company bought the Buck Co. (vacaville packer) in 1933[1].
