The Pajaro Packing Company (also known as George H. Hooke & Co) was a Watsonville canner run by George H. Hooke, former owner of the Los Gatos Canneries.

In 1920, the company was canning apricots and strawberries in tins and barrels under the Hooke Brand[1].
