Robert M. Barthold

Robert M. Barthold was a California industrialist. He was the president and chairman of the California Packing Corporation.

Barthold got his start working for Miller & Hotchkiss, an early canner which started in Healdsburg and became Central California Canneries. Tradition says that Barthold started as the office boy, and worked his way up the ladder handling the business details as the founder, William J. Hotchkiss, got distracted by each new business venture[1].
