Summary
Charles Lewis Dick was born in Oregon in 1871, and was manager of the Salem (Oregon) Union packing house in 1909 according to California Fruit News. He died in San Jose Hospital in 1938.
James Lively, manager, 1940, cited in Sunsweet Story.
Existed in 1940 because they're on the exclusive representation lawsuit case.
