, incorporated in 1891, J. H. Henry president, J. W. Macaulay secretary and manager. Company owns 300 acres of prunes and drying plant. In 1913, sold 750 tons of 1912 crop of prunes to [J. K. Armsby], and 450 tons of 1913's product, all to be packed at Armsby's Visalia plant. Sunsweet Story says it was organized by three San Jose men, largest prune packing plant in world. J.H. Henry was president, J.W. Macaulay was treasurer and manager.

Helped install ditches around Visalia.
