The Santa Clara Packing Company was a San Jose cannery. The company started on Park Ave., but moved to the Japantown area by 1933[1][2] The company produced "Burnham and Morrill baked beans "[3], giving them off-season work.: starting in 1962, giving them off-season work[4].
By the 1970's, the plant may have been owned by Glorietta Foods[5] The company was also supposed to have merged with National Can in 1976[6].
