Fresh pear grower cooperative, founded in 1928. A 1935 label shows them associated with the California Fruit Exchange.

One early organizer was Harold Bowers[1]Edgar Jackson was the manager in 1939[2]. Eiichi Edward Sakauye, another director of the organization, did an oral history interview.

President in 1935 was N. L. Meads according to February 10, 1935 Oakland Tribune.
