Details

H.D. Curtis described in detail in Bruntz's History of Los Gatos. Located at north end of town with private spur to railroad. Sold primarily to Europe where they were in competition with french fruit. Sold as "Curtis's Los Gatos Foothill brand". Storage shed at corner of Cypress (now Roberts Rd) and University burned in 1901, and the business never recovered.
